Custom-Made Trousers for Women
At AMBFA Tailor, bespoke women’s trousers are cut to your own waist, hip, seat, and rise, rather than a standard size chart. Choose a high-waisted or mid-rise fit, a tapered, straight, or wide leg, and a flat-front or pleated front — with waistband, pocket style, and hem finished to your preference. Trousers can be made as a standalone piece or matched to a jacket for a complete suit.
Fabric options include wool, cotton, and linen. Fittings are carried out by AMBFA Tailor’s in-house female tailoring team at our Bangkok atelier, and clients visiting the city, as well as those based here, can have a pair made during their stay. Our women’s tailoring team also creates bespoke dresses and custom skirts with the same approach.

A bespoke trouser is defined by the choices you make. At AMBFA, every element — from rise to hem finish — is selected entirely by you.
Choose your preferred rise — high, mid, or low, tailored to your torso proportions and how you like a trouser to sit. A higher rise elongates the leg line and pairs naturally with a waistcoat; a mid-rise offers everyday versatility.
Select an extended waistband with a hidden hook closure for a clean line under a jacket, or a standard waistband with belt loops. Side adjusters (buckle tabs) are available for a beltless, self-supporting fit.
Choose flat front for a clean, modern silhouette, or a single or double forward pleat for a fuller cut through the thigh and greater freedom of movement. Pleat depth is balanced to your seat and thigh measurements.
Specify slant (frogmouth) or on-seam side pockets, and choose besom or flap back pockets with or without a button closure. All pocket placement is balanced to the trouser's overall proportions.
Finish your trousers with a turn-up cuff in your choice of width, for a classic, weighted break, or a plain finished hem for a cleaner modern look. Break length is set precisely at your final fitting.

Every bespoke trouser includes 1–3 fittings as standard. The first fitting establishes the basic fit through the waist and seat; subsequent fittings refine the taper, rise, and break at the shoe until it's exactly right.
