Typically 1–3 fittings. For first-time clients we recommend 2 fittings to ensure perfection. Repeat clients with measurements on file often complete the process in a single fitting.

We stock over 6,000 fabric options — 100% wool, cashmere blends, linen, and cotton, sourced from Italy, England, Australia and Asia. Both non-branded and branded mills are available. We'll walk you through the selection at your appointment.
Yes — we work with international clients regularly. Send us your measurements and reference photos via WhatsApp or email, and we'll guide you through the process remotely. Completed garments can be shipped worldwide.
Made-to-measure adjusts an existing standard pattern to your size. True bespoke starts from scratch — a paper pattern is made specifically for your body from your first fitting, giving a fit no standard sizing can replicate. All AMBFA suits are fully bespoke.
Just yourself. We recommend wearing a fitted shirt so measurements are accurate. If you have a suit you love the fit of, bring it — it helps us understand your preferences quickly. Reference photos from Pinterest or Instagram are also welcome.
Yes. We offer alteration services on garments not made by AMBFA. Bring the piece in for a consultation and we'll advise on what's achievable and quote accordingly.
